Biochem s.r.l. partner in the Russian technical seminar at the "Mozzarella di Bufala DOP" cheese factories in Campania (Italy)
Biochem srl in collaboration with the Russian dairy institute for the new technologies of the milk sector, has organized the “ Technical seminar - Innovation in the world practice of milk processing – expansion of the range of dairy products”, visiting 3 Italian dairies producers of Buffalo Mozzarella DOP, in order to show its Russian customers how to make this Italian cheese excellence and the Biochem starter cultures used for the production of stretching paste cheese.
Thanks to the collaboration with the technological institute of the Russian milk industry and the close collaboration with its official Russian distributor, Biochem srl has been pleased to receive the representatives of 12 Russian cheese factories interested in the production of stretching paste cheese according to Italian methods and technologies.
It was a pleasure for the company to accompany its Russian customers to the discovery of an Italian excellence such as the "Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP".
